Over use of corticosteroid on penis glans

I used corticosteroids on my penis glans for over 3 months, because of a Candidal balanitis, but my glans skin became thinner and after each intercourse, appeared lots of deep cracks and scars.
9 months after I stopped the corticosteroids use, my glans is full of scars , deep cracks and depressions because of friction of the sex.
I am desperated and I want to know if it's reversible and if have some dermatological process which can help me to recovery my glans! If the tissue lost can be recovered and the deep depressions too.
Please help me! I am quite depressed and my life is over!
Thank you in advance! I hope you will help me!

Skin regenerates itself. It'll just take a little time. The thickness will return. I saw a nurse yesterday. A Dr last week. Both said the same. See your Dr an nurse. Ask them.

What happened?  Did your penis glans return to normal ???? Or did the skin rethicken.  I used hydrocortisone 1% for about 4 weeks on and off. I developed thin , wrinkly skin . It would also go red and shiny. At one point the skin cracked and bled. I'd be interested to hear how things turned out for you . In total I used the cream for about 4 weeks. But with breaks in between. Haven't used it for 3 weeks now and have noticed improvements.  If u do masturbate use lube. And keep your chin up. I too am suffering depression from this . I have a post on this subject also. Please feel free to watch my progress. Hopefully the glans will recover.

Dear Caiorocha,

Please don't worry.
I'm sure that your skin can be healed with time.

Aloe vera is an excellent natural herb(in fact its a type of cactus), which has powerfull healing properties and can heal damaged skin, burns, cracks, and scarred tissue.
It is also anti-inflammatory.
Literally it will rejuvenate your skin cells.
And it is bursting with nutrients.

Coconut oil is also soothing and very antifungal.
High qaulity manuka honey is also good for inflamation and infection.
Tea tree oil(at the right dilution with water) is highly antifungal.
If you still have balanitis, check out Dr Erik Bakker on the net.
He's an authority on combatting yeast infections.
Diet is also very importamt.
Don't worry.
There are some powerful natural treatments and you can restore your skin.
Wishing you all the best.

Because of a little fungal infection that would go away alone, and doctor excess, I destroyed my life! =(
I hope that will be next to normal someday... I still hope.
The technology and science are evolved, and I can't trust that I will be with theses depressions on glans, and scars...
all that I read don't helps me and I need to have a hope of total recovery...
