PENILE CANCER??

hello, my name is Henry. I'm an 18 year old uncircumcised male. last day i discoverd a small spot on my glans penis. it looks a little darkish, like skin pigmentation. i also read that it could be penile cancer. i know im just 18 year old but im still afraid i might have it. note: i tend to worry too much about things and im being psychologically treated for this. so i already know its probably nothin, but the tiny chance it might be it is killing me. can anybody please shed some light on this for me please?

Hello Dr. Kaur,

Today I went to my doctor, and he told it was nothing and I shouldn't worry.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This small spot can be a freckle, birth mark, lentigo or a small penile macule. Lentigo is a small, sharply circumscribed, pigmented macule surrounded by normal-appearing skin.
You cannot remove them at home.Cryosurgery using liquid nitrogen and laser are the main treatment modalities.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
