pimple spot on penis glan

espected sir/maam,
i am a 27 yr old male.I had sex with a sexworker one and half year back and after 3-4 months i got genital warts on the shaft of my penis which was gone away within a month wen my dermatologist gave me salactin paint to apply.till the next one year i dint notice or had any complication such as pain, itching or wart but now then i noticed 3 bumps like pimple on the head of my penis glan. they are very small tiny bumps and when my penis is erected i can even feel them as pimple with my fingure.i even applied imiqued cream on the head of my penis for 6 weeks.
i showed it to 3 dermatologists they said it is nothing and it is even not related to hpv as its on the opening of the penis and warts dont come over there. there is no itch ,burn or sensation on those bumps. i even showed it to a cancer expert doctor and he said its not a syptom of cancer.but on net i was scared to read tht hpv can turn into cancer.
so i am in a very depressed and confused state as these bumps are bothering me whenever i see down there.they are not penile papules as they are not on the rim of the penis head.
1.i want to know is this pimple normal?
2.its been 4-5 months they r there when it gona vanish?
3.will it become all normal as before?
I wld really appreciate if u can take out little time of yours and guide me and help me send an ans back on this mail.
thanking you,
raj.

hello maam,
thnx for ur reply.
my dermatologist as mentioned said that they are nothing and at my age it is very common and are natural to have such red pin head papulas on penis glans as it is caused by blocked blood vessels in the glans.
so maam what i want to know is they are from the last 5 months. and are they normal as said by my 2 doctors?
m sorry to bother you by this question again but i am very worried and feeling sad about it and most of the time i look at it.
please help.

Hello,
Taking multivitamins can cause hives which appear as itchy red patches rather than red bumps and hence it is unlikely that multivitamins is causing these symptoms.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Hello,
I agree with your dermatologist as they look like irritated red spots. The other possibility is of flat warts. Although they are usually found in children but may be found in adults also. Penile cancer usually presents as lump or sore on the penis and it may be accompanied by weight and appetite loss. Please get the possibility of flat wart ruled out from your dermatologist.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

thank you maam for your reply.
i wanted to tell you more ab the ques i wrote to you.
my 1st dermatologist said it is papulas on the glans, then i went to the 2nd dermatologist he said it is nothing jst a cause of blocked blood vessels in the glans and they are harmless and you dont need to think about it.
what i am worried is why are they not going from the last 5 months.
and are they anywhere related to penile cancer?? they are painless 3-4 pin sized bumps on the glans red in colour.
please help as it is causing depression to me.
thank you maam.

Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
