Grouping of pimples on the back of my head and upper neck.

I have outbreaks on the back of my head and upper neck that were never there, and now in the last year and a half they just come pretty regularly. I use a salicylic acid (oil free) wash daily and I change my pillow cases, make sure my hats are clean,
fresh razor when I shave my head, etc. nothing is really working to clear it up. Is there anything else in turns of treatment? Any advice would be great, thanks!

There are two products that I always recommend for breakouts when someone asks- one is called "Proactive" and the other is by a company called Rodan and Fields- it's called "Unblemish"- both products have been helpful for a lot of people dealing with acne, that I have known- I am not sure if they are sold at stores, but you can Google them to find the web sites and purchase them.  You also may want to make sure you are washing twice daily too.  Hope that helps!
