Please identify this rash

Started a few days ago and it's getting itchier every day
I'm in a foreign country right now so I'd like to avoid seeing a doctor if it's nothing serious
Could you please identify this rash?

Hello,
Treatment is required for these rashes and they won’t go away on their own. For nummular dermatitis, it is usually antihistaminics and steroids and for fungal infections, it is anti fungal cream and oral antifungals. So please consult a dermatologist for this.

Hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted if you have any additional queries. Kind regards.

Thank you for the reply!
Is treatment required or will it go away by itself if it's one of the two you mentioned?

Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be ringworm (fungal infection) or nummular dermatitis. My advice would be to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated as treatment is different for both ( antifungals for ringworm and antihistaminics and steroid for dermatitis)and physical examination of the rash is needed to confirm the diagnosis.
Hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.
