Shaved pubes and now bumps won't go away. Lotrisone a temporary fix. What do I do?

Hello. I live in a very warm tropical country and I am a hairy man. Some months ago I used an old razor to shave my groin area and I shaved off too much . I could see the sweat collecting in the folds of my skin. Since then I have developed itchy red or brown bumps and scaly skin in the area. It seems to come from the hair follicles. I have tried topsilon, lamisil and lotrisone. The lotrisone seems to work but if I stop using it, the bumps return. Can you help?

Make sure that you are keeping the area very clean and dry- you can use a powder to help keep the moisture off during the day if you need.  That should help!
