Rash Is Spreading From Neck To Face. (Pics)

Hi Everyone,

I will explain the full scenario, Around early December I developed two small light red patches on the right side of my neck, Because I was playing alot of rugby matches at the time I was convinced it was just from my jersey rubbing my neck or some physical contact had caused it. I did go to my school nurse in December however she just gave me a little Hydrocortisone cram and this made no difference. It did not get worse so I left it until February, I was in the gym with my friend and I noticed it becoming very red and angry lookining when i do exercise or get hot, it had also spread to my right cheek however the rash was very slightly raised and a light purple shade evident among the redness. it also spread very faintly between my eyebrows. but since i have had it it has not moved to the left side of my face.
I became very worried and bought some hydrocortisone acetate cream and used it for 3 days, not much changed so i went to see my doctor she prescribed a Fucedin cream its an antibacterial cream with cortisone in it.
I used this for a while but did not folllow the guide, i was only using it once a day instead of three times. so for a week I followed the dosage used it three times a day and the redness got a lot pinkier / paler looking, I then stopped for three days and it has come back very red and angry looking.

I am not sure what to do, maybe if I use the fucedin for two weeks it will go away, but i really dont think so

note that my cheeks are always blemished but if you look closeley you will see a change in the shade of color where the rash is.
