Skin on Penis - stings and burns after oral sex - no STD's found - What is going on?

A hooker performed unprotected oral sex on me. We  put a condom on and had sex.  The next morning the shaft of my penis stings and burns. It has subsided a significant amount but still stings and burns seven days past the exposure. I had a complete STD test panel completed two days ago- five days after exposure. Everything came back negative. There are no clear symptoms no blisters , no sores, no rash.  The skin does not look red or inflamed any way.  It does not hurt to urinate. Do you have any idea what is causing this? When should I seek additional help? It still stings 12 days after contact Thanks

It could be a reaction to the condom or something like that- but after 12 days, I would go ahead and get additional help.  It's obviously not healing on it's own, so it's time to get someone to take a look and direct you to a more specific solution instead of guessing.  Feel better soon!

yes - I will see doctor next week.  I am horrified that this exact problem is posted by others wth no clear answer only endless nightmares.  Someone in the world has seen this exact problem and know what is going on.  Where can I find this person?
