Hello,
These can be due to cysts, hypertrophic scar or keloids. If you are sexually active then HPV warts is an important possibility. Warts are tumours or growths of the skin caused by infection with Human Papillomavirus (HPV).They are contagious when in contact with the skin of an infected person.  Exactly what it is can be confirmed only after examination and biopsy. I suggest you to get it done from a dermatologist. I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Looks like a wart. Pretty common on areas of the toes and fingers that are constantly exposed to bacteria. Broken skin is even more vulnerable to bacteria and infection so my guess is this why it showed up after biting the skin for so long.
There are plenty of over-the-counter remedies you can get to freeze the bugger for good.

As for your knee, it just sounds like a typical scar.  Keep aloe vera and antibacterial ointment around the house for any future cuts or burns, etc. Both are excellent healers.
