What are these Red spots on my Penis?
Hello, I have had these red spots on my penile shaft. They are shiny and a little raised. and when i spread the skin it just looks like dry skin but i don't know. They appear really red and inflamed after sexual intercourse and when i masturbate. i want to know what it could possibly could be. Other websites haven't been able to help because every thing looks the same, one will say that its eczema,a yeast infection, and a std like genital warts.
