Red penis glans. Please help. I am desperate.

First, I appologize for the long post. I will try to cover everything about my condition.
It all started after unprotected oral act and protected sex. The day after the encounter I started feeling a burning sensation in my urethra. No skin changes.
I consulted a doctor about it and ran an urine test which showed no infection. The doctor told me not to worry about it. Two days passed and the condition wasn't improving so I visited another doctor. He did a swab test in the urethra which isolated only Enterococcus faecalis. He put me in a 7 day treatment with amoxicillin (two pills two times a day). The antibiotic treatment didn't resolve my initial symptoms. The burning sensation in the urethra continued. There still were no skin changes on the penis and glans. After the 7 day antibiotic (approx. 14 days after the initial encounter) I developed very visible red dots, rash like on the penis glans. The doctor couldn't diagnose it. I consulted a urologist who did another swab test for mycoplasma/ureoplasma/trichomonas which came back negative. He prescribed me antibiotics for chlamydia anyways. The burning sensation in the urethra still persisted after all the medications. A month into it it was still very noticable and the skin condition on the penis glans remained. Two months after the initial encounter I visited another urologist who told me everything with the prostate was fine. I did a sperm test which showed no bacteria or anything. After that I visited a dermatologist who diagnosed the penis glans condition as Candida and prescribed a pill and a steroid cream to treat it. The candida went away after the treatment and the initial burning in the urethra seemed to dissapear. But I was left with skin condition on the penis glans after that which never resolved. It's a year and a half after the original encounter and the condition of the skin on the penis glans is very bad. It get red after friction, it is mostly visible on the tip of the penis and the base of the penis head. Between those two areas there's very little skin that resembles what my normal skin looked like - light blue. Sometimes my foreskin swells and gets really sore. There are occasional little red dots appearing on the penis glans. It gets very bright red after friction (masturbation). I have no other symptoms - no burning while peeing, no discharge. I have noticed a little patch near the opening of the urethra that hasn't gone away since the first time this condition started.
I have visited many, many doctors about it but they weren't helpful. Most of them say it's nothing but I clearly KNOW and SEE that there is a condition which is unresolved. I've done many STD tests, all came back negative.

Overall - penis glans are very red, worse after masturbation. The tip of the penis and the base of the penis head are constantly red. It's like there's something on top of the penis head that is a condition. I haven't had any problems before that. My skin used to be smooth, all around bluish and never had problems after masturbation. I am uncut.

Please, anyone, help me diagnose and deal with this problem. I am ready to provide whatever information you need. I've been through a lot because of this and all I am asking is someone to finally help me. Please.

I think your condition has been solved and what you have is a consecuence of the use of the steroid creams. Steroid creams do more harm than good. Happened to me and I have read many stories of members going through the same. Leave your penis alone don't pay so much attention to it and let the skin repair by itself.

I went through almost the same things as you, my story is long as well. I will try to make it short:
Same synptoms, went to many doctors, MD, urologist, etc..  many tests, many medications, spent so much money and my life was hell for 1.5 years. I finally was dignosed with balanophostitis wich was redness of the glans and inflammation of the foreskin. The use of steroids creams left me with a red and very thin skin. None of the medications did any good to me. The last urologist I went suggested me to do a circumsicion, because he said that the foreskin was creating the problems for the moist and humed conditions that was creating the growth of fungus and yeast. After trying everything I went for the surgery, my irritations heal as the same time I was healing from the surgery. I have been cut already for 3 years and my penis still looks healthy. I am not suggesting you circumsicion, it is a decision you have to take along with your doctor. I still believe that circumsicion has to only be done for medical reasons and that the normal state of a penis is to have a foreskin. It worked for me, I miss my foreskin but I'm happy that I don't have those irritations no more. Try to do the following:
Spread plain yoghourt on your penis 2 times a day.
Dilute 2 teaspoons of white vinegar in a glass of water and soak your penis with that 2 times a day, morning and nights.
Air dry your penis after every shower.
Please do not use those steroids creams no more.
Ask your doctor if Nystatin cream will be good for you.
A picture of your condition will be of a lot of help to see if that looks the same of what I had. Any questions? I will be glad to answer. Your age?
