Red spots on my penis forehead

I noticed red spots on my penis forehead a few days ago. No itching and no pain. When forehaed getting darker in color, then red spots getting more noticeable.  I have only one sexual partner - my wife.
Can you tell me what can it be?

When I retraces my forehead skin of penis and touches the tip of penis it feels like some sort of iching. Please help me I m worried about it

Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions and a clinical examination.

This could be folliculitis, acne, pimples, fordyce spots or dermatitis or eczema.
