Increasing red, flat bumps....

I am getting rather worried... oh, right, the details....

It started on my arm, a small...flat bump... I thought nothing of it really, acne and all... I am a teen after all.  Well, it's been a year, and that small bump is now about the size of a quarter.  It's still flat, but much larger (they're sort of glossy, as well); not to mention the fact that I now have several on different spots on my body, all of various sizes.  They don't really hurt, but it has me worried.

....Thanks.  =(

I'm not certain if it is related, but I don't think I have ever sweat.... no matter the level of the activity. And I keep myself very well hydrated.
