Scalp inflammation, help needed urgently! Very worried
Hi, thanks for taking the time for helping me. I’m a 21 year old Indian male, physically healthy and with no past medical history
I’ve had a dandruff problem for a couple of years, but it was never really severe as I would shower every day. However recently I shaved my head for no reason and was shocked by what I found, the scalp was heavily inflamed as seen in the photos. I had a topical corticosteroid preparation at home (betnovate) which I applied. I have no idea what this is, can somebody please help? The first photo is on th day of shaving my head and the other is 5 days later after applying the preparation. The inflammation has relaxed but th skin is still dark in those area, what is this?
