Sebaceous Cyst Heating Tips?

I have what I believe to be many small sebaceous cysts on my testicles.  Some are larger than others, and a few are unsightly so I'm trying to get rid of them through heating.  I do not want to get surgery so I'm looking for different ways to heat them up.

Using a hot rag for 15 minutes 4 times a day is rather annoying, as you have to hold it there and press it against the cysts and keep re-warming the rag with hot water.  Heating pads are too large to put on such a small area and it doesn't work well.

So is there any other easy way to heat them up throughout the day so I can do other things?  Would those sticky tear-able muscle heating/reliever papers work?

Thankyou

I have a few more questions if you don't mind.  Thankyou for your help.

1)  Which of these, in your opinion, is the "easiest" in general?
2)  Could you give me a price range for these options?
3)  I've seen many people say that sebaceous cysts can be treated with a heating pad and proper medication (because it melts it).  Are you saying that these people are completely wrong and it cannot be healed with a heating pad?  And could you explain why not?

Thank you!

Hello,

If the lesions you are talking about are sebaceous cysts then they won’t go away with hot compesses.Sebaceous cysts can be treated effectively with surgical excision, chemical peels or laser therapy.I sincerely advise you to consult a dermatologist for that.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted if you have any additional queries
