I cut some skin off my penis while trimming with clippers and I would like to know how long the healing process will take. It's only been a day and I have been trying to keep it as clean as possible and apply neosporin to it. What more can I do to speed the healing process up?

Is the cut healing as a trench, with a divot in the center and raised edges? .. not flat like a normal cut on normal skin at all.
Is there anything that can be done to mitigate this?
