Should I see a GP or a dermatologist?

(Female) Noticed a dark purple/blackish-looking pimple on Labia. Decided to prick it and tried to drain all the fluid out (blood). There was quite alot of blood, possible 1 face-tissue worth. Iced the area after too. However it did not disappear completely after. The bump doesn’t seem to be full of fluid anymore but it still remains. It does not hurt. It’s a few months later and I’m not sure what to do next. What could the ‘pimple’ be and why hasn’t it completely healed? Should I see a GP or a dermatologist to remove it?
