dark brown or black color on the top my penis head

Hello Doctor,

I am 27 years old.

There are some grey patches or I can say dark brown or black color on the top my penis head, on both sides, left side and right side. The lower half is OK. I have an uncircumcised penis.

The only problem is changed color, neither it gives me any pain, nor any itchiness. No bumps in skin, its plain. No blood. I get nice irrection. Good health.

This problem  persists since last year as I didn't considered it as a problem.
But today I searched the internet and lots of funny comments made me almost crazy.

Couple of years back I had a penile infection(small cuts on penis shaft and at the junction of shaft and penis head), and the doctor prescribed me FLUCANAZOLE and DASKIL ointment.
Its was treated.

But now what is it, what is this strange color.
My doc said its nothing.
Please help me figure it out.
What should I do now?

Looks normal discoloration to me. If you haven't had sex yet then you can rule out STDs. If it doesn't itch or bleed then don't worry about it.
Don't use chemical soap on it. Just wash with Luke warm water.

I havent sex yet.but my penis glans have black  something  .it is hughe mental distrubance to me.i took 2 times medication.no healling.whts this problem.i can send more clear pics.plz help me

Dear don't stress about it please.
Try to keep it dry and apply coconut oil.
If you want to ease your mind consult a dermatologist or a urologist.

hi i am 25 years old, i had an unprotected sex 3 months ago, due to which i was diagnosed with paraphimosis, after 3 months again, my penis started itching redness and wounds were there, which got cured, now there is only brown patches on left and right side of penis,, its itchy and with this my anus also itches occasionally, i am pretty worried what this could be can you please help me ,,,,,,

I am looking forward to get my penis circumcised but here in India we don't do this. So I'm looking if it is available in India too.

I hope there must be some surgeons in New Delhi who can do this.

If the brown patches are non itchy and are not raised then there is nothing to worry about. If it is itchy then lichen planus should be ruled out. It is an itchy papular eruption characterized by its violaceous color.
