Strange formations on fingers

KHN
Hy!

I'm from Europe so sorry for my bad english. I'm 17 year old male and i have strange formations on my hand (both). I've been to a lot od doctors and nobody has even seen such a thing. Formations are like swellings, they're not getting bigger and have accoured around 2 years ago. Doctors have taken sampels 3 times, and still don't know what it is. Skin on this formation somtimes dries out and it starts cracking. It doesn't itch and it doesn't cause some other form of pain. I also have a similar formation on my nose (under the eyebrow) and it changes colur (from red to pale) according to my blood circulation. So if somebody has any experience with such a thing, please help.

The clue to the diagnosis here is the formation under the nose that changes color.
