Hi ! I used melacare for 2 years when I was 18 .I became too fair with excellent sikn tone.but as soon as I stop using it my skin was filled with allergy.so I suggest every one not to use melacare for long term as it damages the skin completely. And not I am suffering with pimples .now I am 23.since 4 years after stopping melacare till now I am having sever pimples problem.and scars.so after many treatments the pimples stopped since 1 month but I have severe pimple. Marks left.so the doctor recommended me to use yuglan depigmenting cream.but its not showing that good effect.so now to remove the pimple marks I am starting to use melacare.again after 2 month I will post the review how it worked for pimple marks.

I have a browny skin i would like to get it bit more fairer than what i carry now. So i would like to know if there is any cream which could act useful for me with no side effects ?
how to get a fairer skin , are there any other creams except melacare, which do not harm the skin cells
Hello,
Melacare is a bleaching agent containing hydroquinone, tretinoin, and mometasone (topical steroid). Both hydroquinone and mometasone have serious side effects. You should consult a dermatologist and then stop the cream. If it still persists then you can go in for laser treatment, Chemical peeling or microdermabrasion. Avoid picking, harsh scrubbing, and abrasive treatments unless prescribed by a dermatologist during this period.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
