Tiny black dots all over palm! please help!
Yesterday morning I noticed that I had about 40-50 flakes ink looking black dots all over the palm and fingertips of my left hand. At first I thought they were just pieces of something that got stuck on my hand but it has now been 2 days and I'be tried cleaning them with water, soap and even nail polish remover, but they still won'the come off. Does anybody know what they could be?
