Red wine definitely has more sulfites than white wine. Both contain sulfites. Grapes themselves have natural sulfites.
Most commercial personal care products have sulfites in them. All Free and Clear is the only fragrance free laundry product that I know of that doesn't contain sulfites.
Weleda is a good brand for toothpaste for avoiding event the natural sulfites. If you look high and low Tom's of Maine does carry some that are flouride free and SLS free, but you might have to just order from their company in order to get those. SLS stands for sodium lauryl (laureth) sulfate, which is the foamin agent that is in all commercial toothpastes and all shampoos and all commericial liquid soaps and in all commercial bar soaps. There are now a handful of natural toothpastes that don't contain even the natural derived SLS, but you have to look high and low for that. If you look, you can find natural shampoos that don't contain SLS.
