Two different skin problems

On my left leg a huge area is discolored, it looks like some kind of pattern. The skin isn't raised or anything. It looks like light colored circles. My second problem is that I have these brown bumps that appeared out of nowhere near the inside of my elbows and then started appearing on my hands, near my knees and thighs, and now on my stomach and back. They are showing up everywhere and they itch. Do these problems have anything to do with my anemia? Need help badly!!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
There can be many possibilities for these symptoms including granuloma annulare, lichenified eczema, scabies if they are bite like, lichen amyloidosis, pityriasis rosea and hypertrophic lichen planus. To confirm the diagnosis, you need to get an examination and preferably a biopsy done from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
