I have a strange pink bump on my arm. First, I contracted pink eye from my nephew who attends daycare. A doctor prescribed antibiotic eye drops, and my eyes cleared in about two weeks. Shortly after, my entire right forearm began to feel itchy. For several days I began seeing a recurring small itchy bump on my arm. It was present for about 30 minutes at a time. Finally, in a nearby spot on my arm a larger bump developed. It doesn't look like an abscess or boil. It is half an inch, round and puffy, and has an indented center. My arm is no longer itchy, and the bump is only slightly painful; especially under warm water. I want to know what it is and whether medical treatment is necessary.
