skin on inner side peeling
Hi, my problem is one year after using breast pump to feed my baby. the skin on my inner thumb keeps peeling. I don't understand why. And it started after it got in contact with sea water while on holidays three months ago. Kindly note that I used breast pumps for two months.

I cannot confirm anything without an external examination but based on the information shared by you it is possible that you have been suffering from a condition called Keratolysis exfoliatica which means peeling of the top layer of the skin. Excessive sweating friction, detergents, and solvents all can cause this condition. Creams containing silicone and lactic acid are useful. Keep your skin moisturized.
