why has my scrotum gone dark?

I found a tick on my scrotum, after having a bath, not sure how long it's been there but it was a bit big so I pulled it out, then applied dettol on the cut and where it has swollen up a little, it began to itch and feel sore, now the right side looks dark and my ball has moved away from it.

I suffer from anxiety mainly generalised and health anxiety, so I'm really anxious about this..
Since Friday my eyes feel tired and hot I feel like I've got a cold starting...I've had tick bites before, I think being in my private parts makes me feel more obsessed with it, or maybe anxious about it.
