Bump filled with water and very painful

Five days back below my little finger end of the palm I had a itchy thing, slowly red bumps occur I thought it might be something normal, but after two days they became bigger...and now they are very painful and when I punchered one of them it's started watering..and bumps are bigger and they are not spreading..but very painful...and the bumps are very hard...

I would avoid puncturing them as you don't want to open it up to infection- it sounds like a reaction of some sort.  Have you been in an area where you could have been exposed to something like poison ivy?
