Is this a boil? What is this?

Can I get some help determining what this is?
It's in my armpit. Just popped up 2 days ago out of nowhere after I came back from camping for 3 days.
Is it a boil? Or a cyst? Doesn't seem like a cyst to me. Or is it just a massively infected group of hair follicles?

It's painful, my lymph nodes are swollen, throat is sore. What do I do? What is it? I have no insurance, so no ability to get any type of anti-biotic or anti-inflammatory.

Please help.
