Loss of sensation in penis glans(gland) post propecia. Please Help

Hi everybody, I'm new here and after trying to take some time out to ride this issue out, have decided to take some steps forward to help resolve it. I'll give you guys a very brief breakdown at how this all started.

So about 1 year ago I started taking propecia for MPB at the age of 26. I was on it for about 6 months, and then got off of it due to some sides. I didn't get my prescription renewed for awhile due to these sides, although after about 2 months I decided to give it another go, but this time at 1/4th the dose .25mg. I started getting sides again and decided that it wasn't worth it and quit for good. I am now into month 4ish since quitting and I still suffer with the following:

-Loss of libido/sexual drive
-Loss of orgasm/sensation
-Moist/tacky penis gland, not sensitive to touch

I got some blood tests done about 1 month ago but didn't get the results due to going to visit family outside the country.
Can anybody guide me as to what I should do next, what propecia could have done to me, and can I expect myself to ever return to normal, as this is depressing at the age of 27.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated... I wish this all would just go away,

Hi again. As you can see I sort of found my way back on this site ever since the last post in June. That being said, my side effects are still persistent and I don't know what to do. I have a lack-of to near complete loss of sensation in the penile gland(head) and ejaculations are underwhelming. The arousal and overall good feeling I once had is gone. I consulted my doctor and we had blood tests done. He told me that everything looked good in regards to the tests and couldn't really advise anything as he's never had to deal with this sort of issue. He mentioned that the brain is powerful and easily altered, and that it can indeed be a psychological issue, but I can guarantee at this point that it isn't. I just simply do NOT feel the same as I did pre propecia use.

If anybody can shed some light, and I mean anything, that would be amazing. I simply don't know where else to turn to. It has been almost 1 year since I last used propecia with these sides still being persistent. Are there any other things that can cause my issues at hand? Perhaps nerve damage, something wrong with the receptors and such? Can propecia even  cause such madness?

Thank you!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It has been found that the sexual side effects associated with the hair loss medication like Propecia, includes problems with libido, ejaculations and orgasm and it could last even after patients stop taking the drug which may be months to years.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
