White Skin Spots

I have had white skin spots on my arms, back, and they have started going down my legs for about 6 months and sometimes they turn really pink and some times they tingle like your arm fell asleep when you touch the ones on my back, i have been told many different things by different doctors i just want to know what it is. I have been told they were sunspots, a fungus and dry skin but everything they told me to do i tried but it always comes back and worse than the time before. What are these spots and can i do anything about them

Can i get rid of them or will they just go away with time

No but i noticed today that some more spots popped up but they look like dry skin would look and they are flaky

Sounds like perhaps fungal in origin.  Do you have any other symptoms?

Bier spots are small, light macules usually found on the arms and legs of young adults, blanches with pressure so that these light macules disappear. This is a benign physiologic vascular anomaly of no significance clinically.

Forgot to mention that at your age group 'Bier spots' are often the case.
