White "spider-web" like stuff under skin of glans

It is very hard to explain what it looks like, so here is a link for a picture: https://ibb.co/pR2y35B

It is under the skin of the glans, as the skin on top is smooth and not dry or cracked at all. I do not feel any itch, pain or discomfort, however I am  a little concerened as to what it is and why it is not going away.

This appeared out of nowhere about a month ago. I have not had any sexual activity for almost a year.

Any advice on what it is or how to treat it? Should I have it checked out by a doctor?
