Why have I got blotchy skin on my face?

Dear fellow posters,
I have only very recently (last 6 months or so) found that my face sometimes goes really red the next morning, especially after a very heavy night of drinking. I know this is common with drinking large amounts of alcohol (ie alcohol flush) but I have also observed myself and found that my face has blotchy skin for a few days on days in which I have not consumed alcohol the day prior. I am 26 and cannot ever recall my face going this red prior to 6 months ago. I will attach some photos of what I mean and then I want to ask you
a) Do you think I have rosacea?
b) If so, how would you rate it on a scale or 1-10 (10 being worst)?
c) Has anyone ever outgrown rosacea
d) Do you think alcoholism has caused rosacea?
e) Is it normal to get a reddening of the face like this without diagnosing it as rosacea?

Thank you very much for your time & assistance. God bless.

Saccharin is another artificial sweetener that can cause skin irritation. So if you consume drinks that have sucralose or saccharin in them you might want stop for a week or two and see if your skin improves. After I quit using Splenda my rash was gone within a week.

I had a similar rash a few years ago and found out that it was from consuming artificial sweetener (Splenda/Sucralose specifically in my case). I used to use it in my coffee. I heard a medical doctor discussing the dangers of artificial sweeteners on a radio show and she happened to mention that it can cause rosacea-like redness or rash on the face especially on the cheeks near the nose. Sucralose in made by chlorinating sucrose and has been found to have toxic effects in the body. Saccharin
