I am 20 years old I am circumcised, I have penile problem under my glans have a cut or tear around it and even my frenulum breve was torn I'm suffering itchy and pain, I'm so scared .

If you have a cut, it's likely just going to take some time to heal- but if you are in some pain with it, I'd encourage you to get to your doctor to have them take a look to make sure that you don't have an infection that is causing the pain.
