Face red, itchy, and weeping fluids that crust over.

Hi, ever since I became pregnant, i develop this rash on my cheeks. After a few years, it started weeping clear-yellowish fluid that crust over. If i wash it, it would weep again and it has been going on for the whole week. It has no bumps or blister and i haven't scratch it at all. Went to the dermatologist and they said its seborrheic. Prescribed me ketoconozole and hydrocortone 2.5%. It calmed it down a bit while on it but once I stop the steroid cream, it starts weeping again. I have searched up seborrheic and I'm not sure if i was diagnosed correctly. What else can I do to stop the weeping without long term topical steroid?
