brown spots in my inner thighs
i have this brown spots in my inner thighs.They near my balls but not in them.They dot hurt.its been a long time that i have these.Their shape is like a map( im sorry for my english becouse i don`t know it very well).Their color is brown.can u help me and tell me what are these?is there anything to worry about?

This appears to be hyperpigmented area in the skin.. I do not think you should be very worried about this. This has been present for quite sometime and has not given you any discomfort. It also has not spread to other areas of the body.
