Weird pimple like bump

About 3 months ago I got a weird pimple like bump in my groin area. When I popped it I got a small, hard ball of puss out of it and then it bled deep red blood for about 2 minutes. So it was definitely different than a normal pimple. Since then I have had about 6 others appear in different areas around my groin. They didn't really worry me until my girlfriend said that she found one on her inner leg as well. We've been sexually active ever since I had the first one, so its weird that she just now got one if they are indeed contagious.
The bumps don't get any larger than a big pimple and are completely painless, even when pressing on them. They have no redness around them either. After popping they scab and heal like normal after a couple days. It just really worries me that my girlfriend got one now. Any insight would be greatly appriciated!

Oh, and after googling around, I found a virus called molluscum contagiousum which by definition sounds a lot like what I have, but after seeing the pictures, it looks nothing like it cause all those have redness and seem larger.

They have all been in different spots. The first few that I had were in my pubic area, but now these new ones are on the inside of my legs.I don't recall any of them being in the same spot twice

I can't say for 100% sure, but it sounds like the same thing that happens with me every once in a while. My dermatologist told me that it was just like the pores in my face, I very small holes in my skin, they get clogged and it's just like squeezing a black head. Have you noticed if they have re-occured in the exact same place as before? I have two spots on my pubic area that every two weeks or so I can squeeze and this hard white stuff will squeeze out, but it is in the exact same spot every time.
