bumps back and palms of hands

Okay so to begin im not sure where i should even be posting this. so i just put rashes.

When i was 16 i was diagnosed with neurofibromatosis, which i dealt with ... at 20 i found a bump in my vaginal/anal area, we assumed it was GW .. so at 20 i was diagnosed with hpv, no real test was done. now at 24 i found couple small clear / skin colored bumps on my palm, i didn't think anything of them. then about 6 months later (febuary 2011) i started getting these bumps on the back of my hands as well. they dont look the same as the ones on my palms.. you can barely see these ones of the back of my hands. so i started freaking out thinking i have tree man disease. cause Neurofibromatosis effects the same chromosome - chromosome 17... and the symptoms are very close. So for the first time in my life i started experiencing severe panic attacks as well as hypochondria tendencies. so i went to the doctor. she said it was exzema .. gave me mometasone. i stopped freaking the small patch went away .. then by week 3 of feb 2011, it started to get worse and burn. more almost invisible bumps started popping up. So i went to a different doctor. He saw me freaking out, and said it was a very common fungai infection and it would go away on its own, he went on to say he even had them before... i didn't believe him so i went to my family doctor LOL... and he said it was more than likely contact derm. so i went home and cut out everything i though could be giving it to me. he said nothing i could do just wait till it goes away.. ahaha and he gave me spectro to wash with .. too funi .. so i think okay three doctors all said it was nothing to worry about all gave me a different diagnosis. One doctor said they were flat wart like bumps (palms) treated with the freezing stuff.. that did nothing. another doctor said it wasn't flat warts. So hear i am confused its not going away and i dont know what to do. Meanwhile im surfing the net trying to figure out what i have.. nothing they said looks even close to it ... even the "flat like warts"... so i made an apt with a derm. went to see him .. i got 9 "precious" moments of his time after waiting forever to get in... he said they look suspect to flat warts(the ones on the palms) But then i explained how much my joints in my hands and fingers are hurting he said it could be possible i have rheumatoid arth. .. it does run in my family very severely.. so he ordered a blood test. i came on here and i noticed some people talking about  Scleroderma and/or Molluscum contagiosum also psoriatic arth.... i do also have these pimple like bumps on my face (ive never been prone to acne or even bad skin) .. the derm said it could a case of rosecea. anways im just really confused and scared .. i couldn't care less what it is as long as it isn't the tree man disease :( bad enough i feel like a disease walking monster,... i dont want to look like one as well :(

symptoms:

skin colored almost invisible bumps on back of hands.
flat wart like bumps on palms barely visible.
wart like bumps on joints of hands.
major joint pain in hands and swelling of knuckles.
blotchy skin on hands
red irritated and inflammed skin on backs of hands
bumps along the rosecea line of face.
possible curling of hand (maybe just in my head)
burning and dry skin
also having pain in other joints on my body

IF ANYONE CAN GIVE ME SOME TIPS or SUGGESTIONS AS TO WHAT THEY THINK IT COULD BE .. WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED. Im just stressing myself out, ruining my life and my husbands. I dont want to touch anything or my body .. or even shave my legs. lately my life has seem pointless, i dont even want to wake up in the mornings anymore. im seeking help from counselors/therapists as well.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
For these skin colored bumps, definitely flat warts and molluscum contagiosum are the two possibilities which need to be ruled out. Molluscum are small pinkish-white lumps found on the skin. They are the result of a viral skin infection that is spread through skin-to-skin contact, so the infection can often be passed on during skin to skin contact.

To differentiate between the two and confirm the diagnosis, the only method is to get a biopsy skin done. Please get it done from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I think the negative effects of these ingredients take their toll over time and years of use.

Ingredients to avoid in haircare, skin cleanser and lotion.

KNOWN SKIN IRRITANTS
1. Sodium Laureth/Lauryl Sulfate
(Sodium lauryl sulfoacetate & Disodium laureth sulfosuccinate are better for sensitive skin but still observe for any irritation)
2. Propylene Glycol

WAX & SILICONE INGREDIENTS INTENDED AS SOFTNER, EMULSIFIER, HUMECTANT
3. Stearic Acid
4. Cetyl Alcohol
5. Steryl Alcohol
6. Glycol Stearate/Distearate (gives products pearl look)
7. Cyclomethicone, Dimethicone, anything ending with "cone

noone believes me cause it isn't severe.. i feel like its just beginning. They think im over-reacting. They dont want to help until its severe. I dont want to wait till it worsens. ... 3 doctors and 1 skin and laser doc... not an actual derm. But the waiting list for the derm in town is 5 months :(
