Hi a few days ago under my foreskin was very itchy and now has turned into intense burning, The foreskin is very tight to pull back and hurts very much, however a white residue appears every time ,i have not masturbated in a week and the pain doesn't seem to be letting up. Any ideas?

i have been regulary cleaning this area and it does not hurt anymore or burn and now theres barley any white discharge. only about twice a day i need to clean the white discharge now. The area seems fine until this white liquid builds up which causes itching but that is solved by a quick cleaning. Since this has been getting better should i keep cleaning it and will it finally be gone?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The symptoms are suggestive of balanoposthitis. It may have any of multiple bacterial or fungal origins or be caused by contact dermatitides. Examination of the glans and the prepuce often reveals a red, moist macular lesion. KOH slide preparation and biopsy of the lesion are needed to confirm the diagnosis.

Oral course of antibiotics is needed. In addition, please don’t use any cosmetics on the penis, instead use some topical antimicrobials like Bacitracin or Lotrimin. Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. Also retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin. In case the symptoms persist then please consult a urologist/dermatologist for evaluation and antimicrobials and steroids prescription.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
