i have these rashes on my chest and neck , the one on chest i had for cpl of yrs now , the one on neck i got almost a month ago , ive also been getting headache in the back of my head more of a pressure feeling like my head is gonna pop ! i am very fatige lately . i also noticed on my neck where this thing is theres lil pimples spread out theres not many , also when  i take a shower these patches turn red, and also when rubbed . but they do fade to almost my skin color but u can still see that something is there and then turn reddish brown again !  i went to my doc and he thinks its Tinea Corporis  ,  , i tried to go to a derm. doc but he is booked until june !  im sry but this does not look like ringworm to me ! and if it is a fungal infection of some sort then how could i have had it for 2-3 yrs , and it not spread all over my body ? i posted a pic of my torso ,i also have one of my neck  but cant seem to post 2 pics ! ill just have to post the second pic later !

Yes do, go to the allergy forum theres a ton of it there , it doesnt sound like ring worm, does it itch/burn and gets worse if you scratch it ..Google Chronic Urticaria  lots of infrmation up there ..I have a break out right now but I know it was caused by cactus , which I was picking out in my new yard ,I must have touched my neck , I did have gloves on but I came up in this about 6 hours later .

Thank you margy , i went to my family doc , and he just looked at and put down in my chart that is was ring worm lol . i was like ha i dont think so cause i had ring worm before and this is nothing like it . on my neck i noticed its faded a lil but you can tell something is still there. and on my chest like i said that big mark has been there for a few yrs now , but recently i had gotten more spots around it .

I'll check out the allergy forums , ill probley make an apt for a derm. doc but i wont be able to get in until june sometime !

This could be one of the Urticarias , I had it and broke out again recently, I found that I was handling some houseplants , and I am allergic to them, so check out what you toch wash hands frequently and google Urticaria ..good luck mine was itchy and burning, if you take a look at the allergy forum you will see many posts about it
