dyshidrotic eczema. I image googled this. For years I have had the same problems but didn't have a clue to what it was. Glad to find out I wasn't the only one that didn't know what was going on. Mine occur solely on one section of my palms and sometimes I'll get a few here and there on my fingers.

That is a great link giving pic examples and of course an outline of what it is and what triggers the fluid filled blisters. Hope this helps the rest of you.
Agree with PaganBaby - I've had this for years and its dyshidrotic eczema. During flare-ups my derm gives me a mild steroid cream, and as long as I'm consistent about using it, completely clears up.
wow i didn't know this i am 16 and have had this problem since i was 11 years old said it was heridtery and that i got from my dad and it grossed me out everytime i got it. and i have went to about 10 drs about this and no one knew what it was but thanks so much for this thread. i will show my mom this thread tomo or in the morning and see what she thinks. but however can it be induced due to stress? i mean can a break out come from being stressed out?
I have had the same problem. It actually went to alot of my body , I thought it was scabies but it wasnt . I have been on prednisone for a few days and it has cleared up alot. They say its a type of allergic reaction. Also watch becaus it could be a fungal infection
Dyshidrosis:
also known as dyshidrotic eczema or pompholyx, is a skin condition in which small, fluid-filled blisters (vesicles) occur on the palms of your hands or the soles of your feet, or both.
The blisters that occur in dyshidrosis last up to three or four weeks, and cause intense itching. Once the blisters dry, cracks and grooves (fissures) form, which can be painful.
The cause of dyshidrosis isn't known. Treatment for dyshidrosis most often includes topical creams, wet compresses and ultraviolet light therapy. Even with treatment, recurrence of dyshidrosis is common.
Signs and symptoms
Dyshidrosis is marked by small, itchy bumps that gradually progress to a rash made up of fluid-filled blisters (vesicles). Other signs and symptoms may include:
Intense itching
Cracks or grooves (fissures) on your fingers or toes
Pain, especially with large blisters
