Hello,
For cysts, generally no treatment is required but they become painful then it means they are infected, then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required. If the cysts are nig in size then the possibilities of lipomas and benign tumors should be ruled out.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Hello,
It can be due to cysts, wart or lipomas. In cysts, generally no treatment is required but they become painful then it means they are infected, Then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.

Best would be to consult a dermatologist and get biopsy skin done to confirm the diagnosis.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
