itchy bumps

I had unprotected sex with this guy about 2-3 weeks ago and a few days later i started getting all of these small itchy bumps like flea bites ALL OVER  my inner thighs and inside of my butt cheeks. They itch really bad!! I noticed now that there are a few on my stomach.I looked up herpes and the pics look NOTHING like them. I thought maybe he had bed bugs or something but why only in these two areas? Also, there have been two really big "pimples" on  the inside of my but cheek, that actually left bruises. Some type of clear puss came out  of them. But these two looked different. The small ones are so tiny just like a flea bite and they start off looking like almost a hive.then, they scab over really fast, but never stop itching!!! And they never go away! They are nothing like a boil (like the other two) It seems like there becomes clusters of them like between my butt cheeks where the cheeks rub together. But they are spread spurratially around my butt and INNER thighs. Also, just recently i have discovered 4 warts on my butt hole. what is up??? Do i have warts or herpes or something? please help!!

Hi,

It could be eczema, sweat dermatitis, allergic reactions or scabies.

You need to wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites.

Apply calamine lotion at the site of the lesions and see if it helps. You could take some oral antihistamine medications like cetrizine or loratadine. You need to maintain a good personal hygiene .

Anti-itch drugs, often antihistamine, may reduce the itch during a flare up of eczema, and the reduced scratching in turn reduces damage and irritation to the skin.

For mild-moderate eczema a weak steroid may be used (e.g. hydrocortisone or desonide), whilst more severe cases require a higher-potency steroid (e.g. clobetasol propionate, fluocinonide).

Eczema can be exacerbated by dryness of the skin. Moisturizing is one of the most important self-care treatments for sufferers of eczema. Keeping the affected area moistened can promote skin healing and relief of symptoms.

It would be advisable to consult a skin specialist for the symptoms and a proper clinical examination to rule out scabies or insect bites.
