miniature hairs sign of hair regrowth in telogen? any answer is best.

Hi I believe im in an episode of telogen effluvium, this is how i believe it started. Stress, then on top of that i ate enough vitamins that it was the equivalent of 5 overdoses of vitamin a in two days.  Its been 5 months, and ive noticed my scalp is reddish, could this be inflammation?. the hair loss has been fairly slow compared to the stories ive heard but im very young and have extremely thick hair. im seeing miniature hairs pop up all over and theyre growing, but they dont make a difference in my coverage. what are signs of definite telogen ending? and are these miniature hairs a sign of thick regrowth in the near near future? Any answer is best answer.

Hello,
As I had explained you earlier, the miniature hair are definitely signs of new hair growing after telogen effluvium. So you should expect hair growth in the future. Just take a good diet and keep free of stress.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
