numorous small pimples under the fore skin

i have a small numerous heat pimples present under my foreskin ( around the rid). I have consulted a doctor he said that its nature somebody may have these type of pimples.it will induse the sexual feeling during intercose.( like the mechanism of condom) is it true.i am very much disappointed its looking ugly my female partner will feel shy to have sex.

pls advise me and give me some solution.

What you seem to be talking about is Fordyce spots. Fordyce spots are small (1-5mm) bright red or purple papules that can appear on the penis or testicles. They usually affect younger men, and appear in crops. They are painless and not itchy, but are embarrassing because of their appearance.

They should be got removed only for cosmetic reasons as they are normally found on the penis. Treatment of Fordyce spots includes CO2 laser or electro desiccation, TCA chemical peels(temporary treatment),diathermy or laser vaporization.

Fordycee spots are normal and should not interfere with sexual activity.
