odd kind of spot kinda thing?

i keep getting some kind of odd spot/boil things they start off with the redness of a spot but harder and more painful and when you squeeze them it hurts and no puss comes out but a watery solution comes out and then they get bigger and stop growing and just stay there swollen and red and then after a month they gradually reduce swelling and turn into like a solid lump under the skin and then after a month or so more they go completely does anyone know what the hell they are, how to get rid of them quickly, and how to avoid getting them in the future or avoid making them visible as hell i know a rule is to never squeeze but i just cant ignore it

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be due to boils. A boil generally starts as a reddened, tender area. Over time, the area becomes firm and hard. Eventually, the center of the abscess softens and becomes filled with pus.

Apply warm compresses on the boil and keep the area clean. Drainage of the boil is done only when it becomes soft and forms a head. Take some over the counter pain reliever and consult a doctor for examination and antibiotics prescription. If there are recurrent boils, then please get your blood sugar levels estimated.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
