pain in penis while urinating

I know its an embarrasing question but i m sufeering very much with this problem it happend 2 hr ago while i was was bathing i used shampoo it fell on the tip of my penis i was just washing my penis in a masturbating action after i finished bathing i've urinated and while urinating my penis pained a lot what should i do pls help me.

Hello,
It looks like penile trauma. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin.Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a doctor.

You prob have a UTI. Urinary tract infection. You'll need antibiotics  to clear it up. If that's what you have
