while skinny dipping with some friends one of the girls put the sution hose from the vacuum on my penis now the tip of the head is extremly sensitive to touch painful and bright red will this go away naturally or should i have reason for concern?

The glans penis is very sensitive as this is covered by a thinner skin compared to that of skin in other parts of the body. The suction hose could have caused a hematoma or it could have caused some abrasions on the skin. This should resolve in time. Wash the area with a mild soap and see if there is any noticeable discoloration. The redness should revert spontaneously.
