strange unexplained sensation

hi, iv had this symptom  for a number of years now of crawling bugs on my skin, i have learned im not alone.people are itching around me which is annoying, they bite me crawl all day, what is this please, iv had enough of it now, thanks in advance

And also remember that 'parasitophobia' is an isolated problem, otherwise the person is absolutely normal. Most important is that effective treatment is available, if so.

thats the problem, i havnt been tested for anything :( people always shiver when i enter a room, people always make aweful comments to me, those things plus what im feeling makes me know that something is there :( i justy want rid of it

thanks for your reply, im not good unfortunately, my doctor tells me im paranoid about this, says im imagining people itching around me etc.iv had this a number of years now andits driving me crazy.is there any tests that you know of that i can get my skin and blood, or scans microscopes etc done to eliminate or find a cause to all this please?thanks in advance

Hello,
From your symptoms it is important to rule out parasthesia skin.
Parasthesia due to dysfunctioning of neurons which can be due to diabetes, hypothyroidism, peripheral vascular disease, vitamin B12 deficiency, neurological causes or malnutrition.

You can take vitamin B 12 supplements for some days. Foods rich in vitamin B 12 like meats and poultry can also be taken. Also get your blood sugar levels and thyroid hormone levels checked.
