Really stressed about that

I had strep throat about a month ago. After a week I noticed one really really tiny like micro dot which is red in color and is on my shoulder. I wonder what it could be? Is it normal?

Does the dot itch or hurt?  Has it grown or changed in appearance?  If it's just one little red dot, I wouldn't overly worry about it- there are a few different conditions that are harmless that can cause them.  Either blood vessels bursting or clumping together are common causes.  If it starts to bother you more, see your doctor.

I don't have any rash or itches but im afraid what it could be. Is that a sign of leukemia? Cuz my right eye also had broken vessel and it
is red patch of blood. I'm really really afraid please help me
No, one dot and a broken blood vessel in your eye isn't a sign of leukemia.  It's very normal for things like that to appear- it sounds like you are very anxious.  I'd recommend talking to your doctor just for your peace of mind, and make sure to talk about how you are feeling so they can help you with any anxiety you may be feeling as well.
