Hello i am 12 i have red itchy bimps on arms and legs i have applied lotion and cream that doesnt help at all and have took medicine been to the doctor and no one can tell me what it is i woke up one night about 4:00 in the morning looked on my pillow and saw flat round bugs they were small and when i killed them they stunk can you please help me...

Itchy rash on arms and legs can be due to many causes like dermatitis, lice, scabies and hives, eczema, lichen simplex chronicus, stasis dermatitis of legs or viral infections. You can apply an anti-itch cream or lotion to the affected area. Oral antihistamine, such as Benadryl can also be used. You should take a comfortably cool bath and wear smooth-textured cotton clothing. Covering the affected area with bandages and dressings can help protect the skin and prevent scratching. You should choose mild soaps without dyes or perfumes and use a mild, unscented laundry detergent when washing clothes, towels and bedding.
